What format are the photos in? All Skyphoto.ca photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Is it possible to obtain a higher resolution image than the one I have downloaded? All the photographs in our online database are around 10 Megapixels, the size varies from 2MB's up to 6MB's due to the JPG compression. If this resolution is not sufficient for your needs, please contact us with your Order Number and we can email you an uncompressed version of the photograph.
I have recently purchased a print from one of your salesmen, would I be entitled to a discount if I download the JPG file? Yes, please contact us for your promo code.
Are there any other discounts?.. With our Group-Buy option you safe 40% when downloading 5 JPG files. If you are a group of 5 or more people i.e. in your neighbourhood, you can sign up for this Group-Buy membership and download 5 JPEG's for only $199instead of a regular $345. This membership is valid for 1 month, so you should download your files within one month.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Skyphoto.ca photos that I download? Yes. While Skyphoto.ca offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site? No, a membership or "group buy" allows you full access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge. |
